Erika has 25 years of experience in hospitality and as a sales director.  She is responsible for running and selling the property, along with management of the entire staff.  She makes sure all pieces of the business are happy, among many other things. She is happiest being with her furbabies.

Head Chef


Tony is responsible for controlling and directing the food preparation process and any relative activities, from management of the kitchen staff to creating the weekend's tasty special. In addition to being an excellent chef and a dedicate employee, Tony is family man who most enjoys spending time with his family.


Food & Beverage Manager


Sadie's primary role is customer satisfaction through their dining experience.  She's a people person, who loves meeting new people and greeting all the golfers and other clients.  Her personal motto is: Work hard. Be kind. Take chances. Really live.

Paul Square.png


PGA Golf Professional

Paul is responsible for running tournaments, member relations, management of golf staff, booking tee times & golf events. He also  assists in managing of golf operations along with maintaining the merchandise for the pro shop.  He's a true team player always willing to lend a helping hand.

Mark Square.png


Course Superintendent

Mark handles the maintenance of the entire golf course.  He is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of the greens, trees and plants in golfing facilities.  From a family of golfers, Mark's favorite thing about working at Stone Hedge is the beauty of the course.

John Square.png


Assistant Course Superintendent

John assists Mark in the overall maintenance of the golf course, including turf/grass managment, irrigation, and chemical application to ensure quality playing conditions.  The best piece of advice John has ever been given is: No matter what you're doing, be the best at it.
